IT PROGRAMMER

Job Summary

Working as a bridge between customers and sales teams in technical manner. Application Engineers use customer input and sales information to design or re-design, develop, test and implement complex software programs and applications. They also provide technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance and often performing pre-sales presentations and demonstrations.

Application Engineers reach across many departments, working with the engineering team, the sales team, the customer service team and the principal team

Responsibilities:

• Engage the customer and their staff for critical analysis, rapport, feedback, and comfort levels
• Provide technical presentation to the related industry on technology awareness as a presales activities
• Communicating with Principal with regard to customers concern in technical issues
• Provide SOP's or other manuals as required or requested
• Provide on-site customer support and/or supervision
• Provide necessary training to key personnel in customer sites
• Provide follow-up customer support as required and/or requested
• Maintenance licenses for department/organization
• Administering Network Workstations
• Forecasting any needed technical improvements
• Budgeting for and implementing of software deployment project

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Information Technology
• 1 – 4 years of working experience as a software engineer
• Excellent in JAVA Programming Language
• Excellent in web API, javascript, jquery, SQL, CSS, HTML, .NET Framework
• Application Engineers should remain up to date on their software field and always be informed and aware of latest industry practices and developments in science and technology
• They should have the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining independent thinking is a must in this field
• Application Engineers should be good at thinking outside the box and have an aptitude for innovation
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
• This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a technical Degree within five years of experience in an application engineer and/or technical position
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
• English in verbal and written also computer skills is a must
• Fresh graduate are welcome
