Responsibilities :
  • Handle incoming call and customer complaint
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Contact prospective customer
  • Network configuration
  • Network monitoring
  • Troubleshooting
  • Making report weekly/monthly
  • Input database
Requirements:
  • Min. SMK,  Computer Network Engineering
  • Age 17 – 22 years old
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia (active) and English (passive)
  • Good communication, fast learner & self motivated
  • Have a good attitude
  • Understand telecommunication basic
  • Understand Wireless Networking and troubleshooting well
  • Having CCNA certification and Understand IP PBX will be an advantage
  • Understand computer network basic (LAN, W-LAN & WAN)
  • Understand VSAT basic (SCPC & TDMA) and installation
